BIO-COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY

After graduating from my foundation in science, I had no idea to what course I'm going to pursue.

After really found myself, medic does not suit me.
I got no idea to what extent of field should I focus on.

Like the other applicants, I just followed the procedure.
And on the second phase of upu online application, I had no idea.
Something just popped out into my mind to try filling in bio-composite technology as my major.
I just did simple research on it and I understood quite well.

Alhamdulillah I had been accepted to join in this bizarre major. I called it bizarre because I did really confused between the two, bio-composite and bio-technology.

I asked people and most of the answers were really unsatisfied.

With confidence, I registered as one of the student who majors in this field and Alhamdulillah I found this is really interesting.

I love nature the most.
I really care about mother earth.
I do not expect at all my past words had turned into reality.

When I was at the boarding school, majority of my acquaintances prefer to pursue medic.
This was reasonable because most of us only being exposed to the critical fields.

I once said I did love to learn about trees.
And the only course I know about tree is botany. Yeah I had such a peculiar dream to be a botanist. ahaha

But I have been the chosen one now when I have bio-composite to be immersed into!

Well... bio-composite is actually a focus study about inventing or innovating a bio-based product specifically from trees and the specific group of the tree is timber (Hardwood).
We can derive the fibers from the tree which is the stem ( the most important and productive portion of a tree) ,process the fibers into chips,flakes and so on to create a bio-composite product such as plywood,mdf, particle board, wood-plastic composite and much more.

Knowing about the few details above would make you think that this course is fully resembling furniture technology but actually it's not really about furniture only!

As you know, we are having depletion of timber as the logging activities are always keep going. The new technology provides the chance for us to fulfill our needs as human being without lessening the precious gifts stored in the forest. This technology can make use the residues of tree to invent the beneficial products.

This is such an important field in our country but from my point of view we still lack the expert and too many researches should be carried out as we know the technology and sophisticated way of life are always enhancing plus Malaysia itself is rich of its own natural resources.

Believe me! Many fresh graduated,either from school or matriculation/foundation will have zero ideas about this and a few of them had contacted me privately. Hopefully this article can help you guys.

This course actually has potential to develop into variations for instance automotive,construction, furniture and etc. But first of all, you need to learn the scope of the study first without complaining anything. Heart it first.

Well, I just got a bit advice here especially to my Muslim brothers and sisters. A scroll of degree does not ensure your job, your Rizq.

Keep calm in anything you are studying on because there will always be questions about what you are studying especially if you are given the golden chance to explore knowledge which people found it weird. Especially if your own family found it like, "what are you going to work later?"

Like I said before, a scroll of degree does not guarantee your fate, your rice pot but Allah do!

Have faith and confidence in your life.
Whatever you do put your heart in it.
Islam need you to fulfill the fardu kifayah.

Be expert in your field.
